Thank you for shopping at lxaigc. We want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at MatthewHalleyndv1@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping (orders over $59), a standard shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please email us at MatthewHalleyndv1@outlook.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
